Peace Pagoda
Japanese Buddhists have a deep relationship with Sri Lanka
and one of the finest Pagodas has been built in Galle based
on their donations and architecture.

After the tsunami the Peace Pagoda had become an even
more admired venue and during all Sri Lankan festivals
such as Vesak the local society is coming up to celebrate
and to meditate on the words of Lord Buddha.
